Over £800 raised for The Children's Society

We just wanted to say a huge thank-you to everyone who attended the concert last week at Barton-under-Needwood Church. It was a fantastic turnout, and we managed to raise over £800 with ticket sales and a raffle. The first half was mainly sacred music, Dance to your Daddy and some madrigals. It was great to see so many people singing along to My Fair Lady in the second half, which is usually much lighter. This time we sang I'll Be There by the Jackson 5, as well as Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles, and Words by Anders Edenroth.
